The official trailer of #Nakhrewaalii introduces a playful romantic comedy that gives the familiar Majnu-Laila love story an unexpected twist. Starring Ansh Duggal and in the lead roles, the upcoming Hindi film explores love, relationships and the funny situations that arise when expectations collide.
Presented by Jio Studios and produced under the Colour Yellow Productions banner, Nakhrewaalii is scheduled to release in cinemas on 30 October 2026. The trailer was released on 15 October 2026, offering audiences a glimpse of a romance that does not follow the usual rules.
Nakhrewaalii Trailer: When Majnu Has to Become Laila
The film's central idea is summed up in its playful tagline: “Kabhi kabhi ishq mein majnu ko bhi laila banna padta hai!”
Rather than presenting another straightforward love story, the trailer hints at a situation in which the male protagonist must step outside his usual way of thinking to pursue love. The story plays with traditional romantic expectations and turns them into opportunities for comedy.
At the heart of the film is the relationship between the two lead characters. Their contrasting personalities and approach to love appear to create plenty of room for misunderstandings, humorous exchanges and emotional moments.
The trailer also suggests that the film wants to question familiar ideas about romance and gender roles without losing its light-hearted appeal. Whether these unusual circumstances can bring two people closer is one of the key questions the film sets out to explore.
