Parivarik ManuRanjan Trailer: Pankaj Tripathi and Aditi Rao Hydari Bring an Unusual Romantic Comedy
Pankaj Tripathi is one of the most recognised and versatile actors in Bollywood, widely appreciated for his natural acting style, powerful screen presence and ability to bring depth to every character. Over the years, he has established himself as a remarkable performer through films such as Gangs of Wasseypur and the popular web series Mirzapur, in which he portrayed the iconic character of Kaleen Bhaiya, also known as Akhandanand Tripathi.
However, his character in the upcoming film Parivarik ManuRanjan appears to be quite different from the intense and powerful roles audiences have previously associated with him. Moving away from crime dramas and serious characters, Pankaj Tripathi is stepping into the world of romantic comedy and family entertainment.
The film brings together Pankaj Tripathi and Aditi Rao Hydari in an unusual romantic pairing, promising a refreshing story of love, companionship and unexpected relationships. Aditi Rao Hydari, known for her graceful screen presence and charming performances, shares an interesting on-screen dynamic with Pankaj Tripathi.
The official trailer of Parivarik ManuRanjan was released online on 3 November 2026, introducing audiences to an unconventional romantic comedy with a family-entertainment flavour. The film is scheduled to premiere on Sony LIV on 13 November 2026.
What Does the Parivarik ManuRanjan Trailer Show?
The trailer introduces an unmarried man who lives a peaceful and comfortable life in his ancestral house. He follows his daily routine, focuses on his work and appears quite content with his independent lifestyle.
However, his otherwise uncomplicated life takes an unexpected turn when a woman enters his household as a house-help. Her arrival gradually changes the atmosphere of his home and brings new situations, interactions and unexpected emotions into his life.
What initially appears to be a simple household arrangement slowly develops into an unusual relationship. The contrasting personalities of the two central characters create opportunities for humour, emotional moments and romance.
The trailer hints at a light-hearted story in which an unexpected connection challenges the protagonist's established way of living. Rather than presenting a conventional love story, Parivarik ManuRanjan appears to explore how relationships can develop in the most unexpected circumstances.
With Pankaj Tripathi's natural comic timing and Aditi Rao Hydari's charming screen presence, the film aims to offer audiences a different kind of romantic comedy.
Parivarik ManuRanjan could be an interesting change of genre for Pankaj Tripathi, giving audiences an opportunity to see him in a lighter, more romantic and family-oriented role.
