Tripti Dimri: A Shift in Choices
It’s disheartening to see an actress like Tripti Dimri, who showcased immense potential in films like “Bulbbul,” “Qala,” and “Laila Majnu,” seemingly lowering her standards with her recent choices. She has demonstrated her acting prowess, but her latest roles are steering her towards less substantial and more sensational content. It’s a sad turn for someone with her talent.

Vicky Kaushal: A Mixed Bag
Vicky Kaushal shines in his role as Katrina Kaif’s husband, and his performance in “Sanju” was commendable. However, beyond that, his recent work leaves much to be desired. Despite the glossy exterior, there is a lack of depth in his characters. The writing often feels shallow and uninspired, with attempts at satire and parody falling flat. Some lines seem like leftover jokes from TV comedy shows.

The script for his latest film, especially the character Akhil, doesn’t allow him to fully showcase his talent. Even so, Kaushal manages to be a delightful presence on screen, particularly in dance sequences that are quite electrifying.

Tripti’s Career Path
Tripti Dimri needs to revisit her earlier performances and reassess her career trajectory. She has the talent to excel but must avoid subpar material. Her scenes with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk stand out due to their chemistry, but that’s not enough to save a lackluster script.

Bollywood’s Current State
Bollywood’s increasing reliance on nudity and vulgarity suggests a lack of strong scripts. It’s disappointing to see public money wasted on shallow, sensational content rather than quality storytelling. The industry’s focus seems misplaced, prioritizing shock value over substance.

Director Anand Tiwari
Anand Tiwari, who made a promising directorial debut with “Love Per Square Foot,” disappoints with his latest project. His previous works like “Bang Baaja Baarat” and “Bandish Bandits” were much better. His recent collaboration with Sara Ali Khan in “Ae Watan Mere Watan” also fell flat, showcasing her lackluster acting skills.

Ammy Virk’s Bollywood Foray
Ammy Virk, a respected name in the Punjabi industry, seems to be wasting his talent in Bollywood with substandard scripts. He was impressive in “Qismat,” and it’s unfortunate to see him diminish his reputation with lesser roles here.

In conclusion, it’s vital for talented actors like Tripti Dimri and Ammy Virk to carefully select their projects and for Bollywood to focus on delivering quality content. Audiences deserve more than just glossy surfaces and weak plots.
